Proposition Analyst, Customer Insight (JREQ128329)

Job Description

The Large Corporates Accounts, GTM Proposition Analyst will be the Lead on the Customer Insight team for GTM products, in the following areas:

Channel Calls informing on Product, Proposition & Best Practices2.Coordinating ONESOURCE GTM's bid and RFP responses
Incorporating Sales feedback to influence ONESOURCE GTM's product development, pricing, propositions, and customer facing operations


  1. Serve as voice of the channel, to the larger Proposition, Marketing and Product Development orgs.
  2. Plan and execute ongoing calls between Channel, Proposition and Marketing
  3. Continuously collaborate with sales to adjust strategies and focus areas based on changing market realities
  4. Actively participate in key customer meetings, pitches, negotiations, etc
  5. Attend Industry conferences at least quarterly to stay on top of industry trends and developments
  6. Bid/RFP response project management
  7. Train BDR sales reps on GTM products and inform them of the customer impact of significant regulatory changes
  8. Administer GTM Sales Council
  9. Administer third party sales referral programs

Key Deliverables:

  1. Key contributor on an agile team to influence and execute on Channel engagement strategies, to drive target financial outcomes for the GTM suite of products.
  2. Facilitator with Channel of cross-sell initiatives both within and across proposition groups
  3. Alignment with sales Channel and product development colleagues on key focus areas for proposition
  4. Influence proposition strategy through continuous Channel and customer feedback

Skills & Experience:

  1. Excellent organizational, writing, and oral communication skills
  2. Must possess the ability to think strategically as well as analyze details when necessary.
  3. Skilled at conflict resolution and problem-solving to achieve win-win outcomes
  4. Proven collaboration skills with Sales, Operations, Finance and Product teams
  5. 3+ years of experience, in the global trade compliance market and understanding of their unique needs
